[EVENT] Jump Festa 2026: A Soft Yet Rich Banquet of Reveals!

Jump Festa 2026: A Soft Yet Rich Banquet of Reveals!

Another year, another Jump Festa! The 2026 edition has just wrapped up, and while it might have felt a bit softer in volume compared to previous heavy-hitting years, the quality of what MegaHouse brought to the table was incredibly rich. We have some long-awaited confirmations, a few surprises, and some colored prototypes that are absolutely going to destroy our wallets. Let’s dive right into the treasure trove of P.O.P news!

Jewelry Bonney: The Most Free Future is Here

Remember that teasing silhouette MegaHouse dropped on us during the MegaHobby Expo? The speculation is over, and we can finally confirm it: The "Glutton" herself is making a huge comeback! This marks her second entry in the P.O.P Evolutionary History line, and this time she is going all out with her Nika transformation! Titled "The Most Free Future," this figure captures that distorted future in an absolutely stunning form.

We are looking at a fully colored prototype, and the vibrancy is just off the charts. The sculpting captures that specific, liberating energy of her Nika transformation perfectly. The details on the outfit and the flow of her hair are looking crisp. It’s a massive relief to see the silhouette translate so well into 3D. While we don't have a release date or a price tag just yet, this is definitely one to keep a close eye on.

Monkey D. Luffy Gear 5: A Prediction Come True

If you have been following the blog, you know we saw this coming! As we discussed in our previous article about the 2026 calendar and reprints, a new Gear 5 was inevitable. And here he is, joining the P.O.P Evolutionary History line alongside Bonney.

The sculpting here is fantastic, mirroring the energy of a certain famous Jump Festa cover illustration. The pose is dynamic, playful, and powerful all at once. What makes this reveal even better is how perfectly he seems designed to pair with the new Bonney figure. Displaying these two together is going to be a centerpiece requirement for any Nika fan. Like Bonney, we are still waiting on the price and release date, but the prototype is looking ready for action.

Red-Haired Shanks: The Maximum Presence

Now for the heavy hitter of the event. We finally have the colored prototype for Red-Haired Shanks in the P.O.P Sailing Again MAXIMUM line! The sheer presence of this figure is undeniable. The coat shading, the haki-infused atmosphere, and the stance are all screaming "Emperor of the Sea."

He is looking absolutely badass, though I have to admit, the facial expression is a little... unique. It’s a bit weird compared to standard Shanks faces we are used to, but it doesn't take away from the overall impact of the piece. Mark your calendars for August 2026, because that is when he drops. The announced price is ¥29,700, which is pretty standard for a Maximum of this caliber these days.

The Return of Legends: Limited Edition Reprints

It wouldn't be a MegaHouse event without some reprint news. We had the chance to see some very welcome returns. Vinsmoke Reiju Limited Edition is making a comeback, which is great news for anyone who missed the Germa 66 royalty the first time around. We are also seeing the return of the Bartolomeo Limited Edition and Bellamy Sailing Again.

There is a fourth slot for a reprint that is yet to be confirmed, but judging by the display, it could be any of the other figures shown during the event. We will have to wait and see who takes that final spot!

Final Thoughts

Overall, Jump Festa 2026 was a very nice event. It wasn't an avalanche of hundreds of new figures, but the selection was curated and impactful. From the "Free Future" duo of Bonney and Luffy to the commanding presence of Shanks and the helpful reprints, there is plenty to be excited about for the coming year.
